Do you ever reflect on the past and wish you had done something different? Have you ever stopped yourself from setting a goal because you missed that goal or failed in the past? Do you play small now for fear of "what if" might go wrong? Then today, you need to listen to this episode.
In this episode, I talk through three key areas of my life where I look back on who I was in the past, how I evolved and most importantly how what has happened to us in the past does not define who we can still be in the future. To know that setting goals, working towards our dreams, the rest is still unwritten and it is our job to show up as that person now, so we can become her.
I discuss three key things in my past that could define who I will be come and share three things you can do today, to forge forward and use the past as a guide into becoming who you actually are meant to be.
I look at the end of the year here (November-December) as separation season. As a time where those who know the small actions add up and show up, because that's what the next version of themselves would do. We can end the year strong knowing it impacts how our future is deteremined.

It is officially the one year anniversary of The Cait Take Podcast! Today, I walk you through doing things SCARED and why the idea of being "fearless" is an old way of thinking and one that needs to be reworked to embrace fear and do it scared! This is something I have had to learn myself over the years and have taught to the coaches on my team as well.
In this episode, I talk about how I have reframed what fear actually is, I share a story on my own recent journey doing something I was really scared to talk about, and four steps to take to rework being scared and stepping into that fear. We have to remember, that we are only one decision away from a completely different life. And that can be framed as totally scary and we can stay safe, or we can step into the unknown and just do it scared and grow!
Do you feel like you are ready to level up, do something scared and step into your own personal growth journey? I looking to closely work with and mentor 15 women from now until the end of 2021. Women who are ready to coach (start scared!) and take a change on their potential. You are ready to develop your own confidence, start a health and fitness business of their own, and do the dang thing. You are passionate, hard working, and want to be a part of my New Leader Coach Mentorship! To learn more, please head to https://www.caitbrown.com/coaching-information

Another SPICY episode is coming to you this week. Because you know what? We all need a wake up call sometimes. Today, we are breaking down the REAL reason you are stuck. It is not because you aren't qualified, trained enough, smart enough, or need more time. It likely, is because you are thinking TOO SMALL. Your vision isn't big enough to pull you out of bed each day. So when you play small, you act small. Maybe a tough pill to swallow, but what would you rather do- stay stuck and complacent? Or get a little scared and freaking GO for it!!
Today I walk you through the process of getting HUNGRY with your goals, your vision, and your why. I am here to remind you that what you need is already inside of you. Dreaming bigger is scary, sure. But you DESERVE that big life, sister.
I also walk you through five things to do TODAY in order to reach your goals.
You ready? Let's do this girl!

Believe it or not, it is almost time to say goodbye to 2021 and hello to 2022. It is the last quarter of the year and time to decide who you want to be and what you want to do. Maybe you feel SO far from the goals you set for yourself in the beginning of the year. Maybe you are right on track with what you set out to accomplish.
Either way, there will be an echo to the choices you do or don't make. It not only will set you up for who you become in 2022 but beyond that, the rest of your life. You have the choice to sit back and watch this time pass, give up, and procrastinate or you have the choice to take action, course correct, and learn through any failure or missteps that arise.
Learn to have the "Serena Williams" leave it all on the floor mentality and freaking GO for it! Share this episode with a teammate, friend, or family member who needs the reminder- it is NOT too late to go after those 2021 dreams.
