In today's episode we break down a really simple mindset shift to reset yourself when you are in a season of hardship or momentary frustration. It is easy to think that hard times mean you are on the wrong path or the thing you are wanting to achieve isn't actually for you. What if instead you looked at these moments for what they were: the exact thing you wanted just a few years ago.
This will truly change the way you look at roadblocks that will come your way and be able to tackle them with a growth-oriented mindset and allow you to move forward.

If you want to achieve the goals and the dreams that are on your heart you have to get comfortable with failure. On today's episode we dive deep into this topic with our guest, Ryan Leak. Ryan is a film maker, entrepreneur, pastor, husband and father. He has been on a quest the last several years to chase failure and see what happens.
In his documentary, "Chasing Failure," Ryan set out to find the answer to the question, "what would you do if you knew you couldn't fail" by doing something he knew he would in fact, fail. It is the great common denominator between us all: we will fail. But we won't all make the move to fail and that is what Ryan sits down with us today to discuss!
We need to search for the small wins every day that get us closer to our goals in order to actually get there. It is taking real action on these things and realizing that once we do fail, perseverance, consistency, and faith will help us get back up and keep going.

On todays episode I walk you through three warning signs to look at when you’re working to set goals! These might be reasons why you are not quite there yet! When you can recognize these signs it will help you walk through this and be closer to success.
1.) You are only focusing on the goal, not the growth
2.) The goal itself isn't actually big enough, so you aren't growing
3.) Your attitude determines the direction you go
