I believe we aren't as stuck as we think we are. We can find ourselves in these seasons where we feel like we aren't getting anywhere when actually, all we need to do is something super simple to move the needle forward. In today's episode I walk you through five SIMPLE things you can do TODAY to get unstuck. There are less than 100 days left until 2023. A new year, a new chance, BUT it does not mean it is too late to do the things you set out to do in the start of 2022.

There is a fine line between being too disciplined and being too rigid with your routine and there is a fine line with being too relaxed in the name of "grace" on your journey. Either way, you need to tow the line between the two of them and find the balance so you can actually achieve results.
