When I reflect on my personal health journey, I realize it has impacted my work on a deep level. It has impacted how I am mothering my daughter, going about my day to day in my marriage, my business- everything. I feel like I am on the brink of a breakthrough with all of this and today I am sharing it all with you! This will be a two part series, so be sure to listen to both to get the full scoop!
I am a pretty open book, I've talked about health journey and healing from birth trauma pretty opening on my my social media. But today I am giving you the full, deep, inside scoop and how that this serves you today too. I know these simple changes are ones I can stick with and I know there is SO much more healing to come!
"People don't heal in isolation, they heal in community." This quote has stuck with me since I heard is several months ago on the Goal Digger Podcast with Jenna Kutcher. We don't heal alone, we heal alongside others who are on a similar journey and who are bold enough to be vulnerable and share about it. So today, let's go there! Please remember, this is not medical advice and anything you do in this area should always be consulted with your primary care team!
In part 2 I cover:
Supplement additions I have incorporated into my meal plan
What and why I am eating it
Acupuncture
"Other Remedies"

A dream is a wish that your heart makes" are iconic lyrics. Lyrics you probably heard 1000 times as a young girl. After watching my daughter listen to this story on her Tonies box, it got me thinking about building our dreams as adults and what it actually takes.
On today's episode, I give encouragement on the grit, faith, work ethic, and belief it takes to make your dreams a reality.
Here is what we dig into today:
-Are you waiting for someone or something? How can you shift from waiting to taking action.
-Is heartache necessary in building your dreams? What comes after the heartache? Does it make you better or bitter?
-What is faith when it comes to our dreams and the actions we take? Do you have the complete confidence in yourself to make it real?
We end with reflecting on this quote from Richie Norton in the book, "Anti-Time Management" ... “The job of a dream is to set you free. Don't turn dreams into jobs." I know today's episode will encourage and inspire you to take action today!

On today's solo episode, I talk about ways I have been implementing a powerful perspective shift as I look at my goals in 2023. I believe these three shifts are powerful ways to actually reach goals this year and look at the long term of living the life we actually want.
The three shifts:
1. This year is a stepping stone- it isn't the end all be all if you do or don't reach your goals. It is a piece of the puzzle in the entire picture of life. There are two tangible examples shared here that you will really relate to
2. Reframe comparison and lack to curiosity and abundance- this is a game changer if you ever wonder if you are "good enough" to accomplish your goals or wonder why others reach their goals sooner than you.
3. Do something radically different- this part is up to you but it is powerful! When you look at setting goals and achieving them are you taking the same action over and over again? Is it actually helping? What if you did something totally different?

What do you do when your entire life shifts forever in an instant? That is exactly what happened to today's guest, Brittany Anderson. On this episode, Brittany shares her story. At the age of 32 years old Brittany found herself in the midst of the unimaginable when she tragically lost her husband Kyle at 32 years old in a swimming accident. In an instant, her life change. Not only did she lose the love of her life, but now was going to have to navigate grief, raising her two young children without her husband, and finding a new path and purpose for her life.

Did someone say, spicy? Because today's episode is the fire that you need to hear before you go and make another vision board for 2023. Tis the season for setting new goals and everyone wants to change their life. But guess what, a perfect vision board isn't the secret sauce to making this be the year you actually accomplish the goals unless you make a few changes.
Today I walk you through three things that will make all the difference in your life when it comes to setting your goals. I will share with you and teach you the three things that will make this year, actually be your year.
I was super inspired and fired up from reading the book "WINNING" by Tim Grover. Check it out here on Amazon if you want to give it a read! https://www.amazon.com/Winning-Unforgiving-Race-Greatness-Grover/dp/1982168862
