I know I have done that before and over the last six months I have really learned the power of humility in regards to recovering from life's set backs faster.

Do you have a hard time following through? Do you struggle knowing what to make for dinner, wear to work, or making simple choices? You probably have decision fatigue and are carrying the "mental load" of motherhood. We can't ever fully get rid of this, because that is just life but we can greatly reduce our decision fatigue with some simple steps.
Why do we need to do this? Because if we, as moms, don't do this- we become a shell of a human. It is the reason we snap at our spouse, are too tired at the end of the workday to actually play with our kids, and stop dreaming bigger dreams.

When I reflect on my personal health journey, I realize it has impacted my work on a deep level. It has impacted how I am mothering my daughter, going about my day to day in my marriage, my business- everything. I feel like I am on the brink of a breakthrough with all of this and today I am sharing it all with you! This will be a two part series, so be sure to listen to both to get the full scoop!
I am a pretty open book, I've talked about health journey and healing from birth trauma pretty opening on my my social media. But today I am giving you the full, deep, inside scoop and how that this serves you today too. I know these simple changes are ones I can stick with and I know there is SO much more healing to come!
"People don't heal in isolation, they heal in community." This quote has stuck with me since I heard is several months ago on the Goal Digger Podcast with Jenna Kutcher. We don't heal alone, we heal alongside others who are on a similar journey and who are bold enough to be vulnerable and share about it. So today, let's go there! Brendan Loney is a 34 year old quadriplegic thriving in a world that he never thought could be possible. When Brendan was 21 years old, his entire life changed when a seemingly normal weekend at cabin with friends, turned into a life changing moment. He took a dive off a dock and found himself being rushed to the hospital and receiving the news that he was paralyzed. That one decision would change the rest of his life. He could have been defeated, bitter, and given up. Instead, Brendan has taken this opportunity to showcase that life is always worth living and to never give up. The last decade has been dedicated to living his best life and showing others they can always make the choice choose to live life to the fullest.
