71: The # 1 Quality Leaders Have

On today’s episode I walk you through the number one quality that a leader needs to have in order to grow and be successful. This is a quality that I have worked on myself over the last six years in my business and it truly has transformed how I feel and operate. This quality is one that anyone can develop in themselves if they are humble enough to raise their hand and say, "I need help!"
