61: 7 Habits to Transform Your Life
In this episode I walk you through 7 habits that you can implement today to reach your goals tomorrow. These 7 habits are covered in chapter 15 of "The Slight Edge" by Jeff Olson. As I re-read this chapter I realized I have mastered quite a few of these habits and also have to work on a few of them myself. I truly had so many take aways from this and think you will too!

1. Show up
2. Be consistent
3. Have a positive outlook
4. Be committed to the long haul
5. Cultivate a burning desire back by faith
6. Be willing to pay the price
7. Practice the slight edge integrity
