36: Yes, Early Alarm Clocks Suck, Get Up Anyway!
Yes, the alarm going off early in order for you to get up and implement a morning routine or workout is SO HARD. I am not going to sugar coat it. Sleeping is wonderful, being in bed is glorious, and it is so easy to say, "I'll do it tomorrow!" Then tomorrow comes and you never do! I have been that person. Today's episode is going to give you some tangible tools to actually get your butt out of bed in the morning, implement a morning routine that is realistic, and most importantly remind you to take small, daily action to actually change your life. Like, getting up early!
