24: Quantum Leaps, Trying Less, and a Whole New Way of Thinking
Buckle up sister! Because we are really on a ride together with today's episode. This is for the overachiever, the doer, the one who is trying *so hard* in her business, her fitness, her relationship and it feels like you can't possibly do one more thing. Have you been there? Are you there? Or do you feel like you are on the cusp of some major greatness but the pieces just aren't clicking yet? Then same girl same, because I totally feel I am there now.
Today we are going to reframe on the idea of what if it isn't about actually trying harder, but working smarter, leaning back and receiving, and knowing that what is meant for you is going to happen. This doesn't mean we stop working, stop with consistency, or working. But it is the "quantum leap" you could need in your life to massively shift where you are to where you want to be.
