20: The Stories We Tell Ourselves
We all have an inner dialogue that we listen to each and every day. That chatter either tells us the negative story of who we will become or the positive story of who we will become. Either way, that voice inside of your head, that you decide to listen to, the "wolf" that you will "feed" will become exactly who you are.
Today we talk ALL about what that internal voice says to us and WHY it matters that we are constantly working to re-write out old, negative, limiting beliefs. We cannot become who we are meant to be if we don't change the internal story within!
