06: Self-Worth, Body Image, and the Patriarchy?

Welcome back to The Cait Take! This week are are going IN on the topic of self-worth, body image, and that patriarchy. Yep, yep we are going there. Cait shares her take on her experience having a low self-worth that was very tied to how she looked and how she has overcome that over the years. Cait also shares her take on how our patriarchal society plays into our need to forever be small, look perfect, and define ourselves as having it "all together" as women.

We will also look at a few other questions to ask yourself and get curious, not judgemental when our self-worth is tied to how we look, weight, etc! Get ready to look at self-worth, body image, and yourself in a whole new way!
